Slalom is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive end-to-end transformation programs with AI-enabled delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic communications. The role emphasizes rapid learning, stakeholder alignment, and delivering scalable training across enterprise-scale initiatives.

The position requires 8+ years in change management, training content development, and experience with large-scale digital transformations.

Competenze

• 8+ years in project, program, change management and/or training content development for enterprise programs.
• Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support change management, communications, training, documentation, and adoption.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale, multi-country digital transformation projects.
• Experience developing communications and training materials.

• OCM Lead for End-to-End Transformation: Drive organizational change from strategy and inception through adoption, reinforcement, and post-launch support for large-scale, enterprise technology programs.
• AI-Enabled Change Delivery: Leverage generative AI to accelerate communications, enablement content, and scalable frameworks across diverse use cases.
