Job summary

Slalom in Atlanta is seeking a Change and Training Lead to partner with program leads to execute implementation activities across multiple stakeholder groups, focusing on public sector change and training, serving as a liaison with judicial clients to enable system implementation.

You’ll develop change management plans, tailor communications, create training materials in PowerPoint, run in-person workshops or webinars, and coordinate with program leaders, the technical lead, and the data lead to

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience implementing and leading structured organizational change management, including communications, engagement, and learning.
• 3+ years’ experience on complex technology and data projects.
• Expert verbal and written communication for guides, presentations, and executive-level communications.
• Ability to meet deadlines, often with tight timeframes.
• Strong client relationships and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to align teams toward a common goal and manage people.
• Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Change Management and Enablement: identify stakeholders, assess readiness, tailor change plans, and coach client leaders.
• Communication Planning: craft templates, adapt communications for audiences, and build stakeholder rosters.
• Training Development & Facilitation: update training materials in PowerPoint and deliver workshops or webinars.
• Internal Teaming: partner with program leaders, technical lead, and data lead for a cohesive solution.
