Preferred Qualifications
- Prior release coordination/management experience, preferably within financial services.
- Jira and ServiceNow (change requests) experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in an Agile environment
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end release process, ensuring that all releases met quality, compliance, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and operations) to align on release schedules, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain a centralized release calendar, ensuring visibility and tracking of all scheduled releases across multiple business units.
- Manage change requests and approvals, reducing the risk of production incidents by ensuring that all changes are adequately reviewed and tested.
- Conduct post-release reviews to identify areas of improvement, leading to the continuous optimization of release cycles and faster time-to-market.
- Implement automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and reporting, to reduce manual errors and increasing release efficiency.
- Monitor delivery reports, validate batch processing in interconnected systems, provide regular status updates and metrics reporting to senior leadership, and track release performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL, DevOps) and facilitate readiness reviews to validate deliverables before production deployment.
