Overview

Our client is seeking a Sr. Release Manager to lead the design and execution of a companywide Release Management Framework for ServiceNow Digital Product Releases (DPR). This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to Coppell, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of ServiceNow DPR across initiatives involving 500+ team members.
• Architect and implement a future-state Release Management Framework, aligning with enterprise goals and technology strategy.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Release Management, providing strategic guidance and hands-on leadership.
• Drive traceability, defect tracking, and SDLC best practices across all release activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve release processes, tools, and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on release timelines, scope, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow and its release lifecycle, particularly in Digital Product Releases (DPR).
• Demonstrated ability to operate in large-scale, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building frameworks, job aids, and process documentation (training delivery is a plus, but not required).
