Job summary

Oasys International LLC seeks an IT Project Manager to lead government-focused initiatives at the US Coast Guard domain from Elizabeth City, NC. You will coordinate configuration management, change control, QA, and release activities across the ISD portfolio and ensure compliance with established processes.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate with Government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate day-to-day project activities across CM, change control, and QA.
Manage IT baseline configurations across the system portfolio per CM plans.
Oversee DRB/LCCB/ICCB governance, scheduling, and action-item tracking.
Coordinate software testing, QA, and release activities with proper documentation.
Maintain version control and traceability of configuration baselines.
Develop and maintain technical artifacts: diagrams, data models, and docs.
Plan cost, schedule, resources, milestones, risks, and deliverables; run regular status meetings.
Provide PM support for operations and engineering initiatives and drive improvements.
