Job summary

Oxley Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Services Consultant to guide executive-level transformation for a federal mission support organization in Washington, DC.

You will lead lifecycle activities for C5I systems, including planning, procurement, portfolio and project management, performance measurement, asset tracking, and logistics support for USCG programs. The ideal candidate has 5–15 years in program management, with PMP or DHS certifications, Lean Six Sigma, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum/General Experience: 5-15 years in program and project management, meeting facilitation, strategic communications, and organizational change management for USCG or similar federal missions.

Responsibilities

• Provides life-cycle support for planning, procurement, portfolio and project management, performance management, asset tracking, and logistics for USCG C5I systems.
• Develops strategic plans and communication plans for IT programs.
• Supports asset management, tracking, disposal, configuration management, and knowledge management.
• Supports the System Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) and data-related implementations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
