Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training content.

Responsibilities

• Recommends policy changes and develops project plans with cost/resource estimates.
• Analyzes current processes to identify pain points and build business cases.
• Coordinates with the business to track tasks, deliverables and progress.
• Supports operations management to guide project impact and execution.
• Maintains relationships with client stakeholders and escalates issues as needed.
• Conducts risk management activities to minimize project risks.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
• Uses business knowledge to identify improvement opportunities and support change execution.
