Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Change Management professional to support the full project lifecycle from scope review to closeout. You will evaluate cost variances, define change scope, and prioritize responses to ensure on-time execution and revenue realization.

You will establish standardized processes and a centralized tool, collaborating with Legal, Sales, and Project teams to drive efficient change management. The role emphasizes coordination across functions to capture opportunities, document

Qualifications

• Own and drive adherence to a standardized Change Management Process.
• Provide directive on evaluating change impact and decision to pursue with customer.
• Communicate approved change orders to project teams and manage cash flow implications.
• Support development of documented change order strategy with Sales and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project cost variances for RCA and process change orders.
• Define and quantify change scopes from project feedback and legal input.
• Prioritize change responses based on schedule impact and criticality.
• Develop and use standard change management documentation and processes.
• Collaborate across functions to establish baselines and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a centralized Change Management tool and logs for reviews.
• Coordinate with Legal Contracts Management on change opportunities.
• Estimate Change Requests with Solution Development and Execution teams.
• Identify effective change communication channels to inform stakeholders.
• Validate schedule impacts with Planning teams and reflect changes in plans.
• Produce Change Request and Change Order documentation for submittal.
• Evaluate all changes for risk to on-time and on-budget execution.
• Lead monthly Change Order reviews with BU leadership and execution teams.
