Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Change Management professional to support the entire project life cycle, evaluating scope, schedule variances and contractual obligations for potential cost recovery through standard change management processes.

The role focuses on establishing and maintaining a centralized Change Management Process, coordinating with Legal Contracts Management and Solution Development to estimate and submit change orders, and leading monthly reviews to drive timely project execution and

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating cost variances for RCA and change orders.
• Ability to define and quantify change scope from project feedback and legal inputs.
• Prioritize changes to minimize impact on project schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project cost variances for RCA and change orders.
• Define and quantify change scope based on project inputs and Legal Contracts Management input.
• Prioritize response of requested changes based on impact to on-time execution.
• Develop and maintain a standardized Change Management Process.
• Collaborate with Legal Contracts Management to identify change order opportunities.
• Coordinate with Solution Development on Change Request estimating.
• Lead monthly Change Order reviews with BU leadership.
