• Experience implementing standardized change management processes.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal Contracts Management.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with project scheduling and cost impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project cost variances to support RCA and change orders.
• Define and quantify change scope based on project team input and legal input.
• Prioritize changes by impact on on-time project execution.
• Develop standard change management process and docs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish baseline as-sold scope and schedule.
• Maintain centralized Change Management tool and logs.
• Coordinate with Legal Contracts Management on change order opportunities.
• Coordinate with Solution Development on Change Request estimating.
• Identify efficient change communication channels.
• Validate schedule impacts with Planning and Scheduling teams.
• Produce Change Request and Change Order submittal documentation.
• Evaluate all change requests for risk to schedule and budget.
• Lead monthly Change Order reviews with BU leadership.
