Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a strategic, delivery-focused Solution Implementation Manager to guide customers and lead blended delivery teams with Business Partners to deploy Anaplan solutions efficiently and effectively. The SIM will own end-to-end deployment lifecycle, be the primary contact for deliveries, and provide transparency to Leadership on active projects.

The ideal candidate is process-oriented, strong with executives, and adept at aligning release scope, timelines, resources, and change

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level presentations to executives and end-users.
• Lead end-to-end deployments with the client project manager for successful implementation.
• Act as key liaison to the client at project management and executive levels.
• Identify resource needs, manage allocation, and hold teams to deadlines.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Report on resources, budget, and project status to sponsors.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and manage shifting priorities.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Capture learnings and drive continuous improvement.
