Job summary

McKinstry in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Change Management to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives from initiation to adoption. You will ensure projects meet time, scope, and budget while achieving measurable business outcomes through integrated project management and change Management.

The role partners with leaders, SMEs, tech teams, and sponsors to navigate ambiguity, manage risk, and drive sustained adoption.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive experience leading complex projects, programs, implementations, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience delivering cross-functional work in a large, complex, and evolving organization.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans, establish governance, and drive outcomes through influence.
• Strong capability in stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessment, communication planning, training coordination, adoption measurement, and resistance management.
• Experience coordinating governance and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex, enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closure with defined scope and milestones.
• Translate priorities into executable project plans and ensure delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Assess organizational impacts and develop change strategies to drive adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with sponsors and stakeholders and maintain governance and reporting.
