Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners in Portland, Oregon, seeks a Technical Business Analyst to support the Project Management Office within the Information Technology organization. You will provide technical business analysis for IT proposals and projects across corporate, power, and transmission lines, collaborating with internal clients, stakeholders, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/systems, business, or related field preferred.
• 7 years of experience with a bachelor's degree required.
• 11 years of experience without a degree may be considered.
• Experience in technical business analysis and IT projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical business analysis support for IT proposals and projects.
