• 4+ years of experience in business analysis / project / program management with Finance Industry experience.
• Strong project management skills; manages front to back lifecycle including scoping, defining a plan and deliverables, risk and issue management, status reporting.
• Proven track record of scoping and driving delivery of projects in cross-functional teams, on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Extensive leadership experience demonstrated through empowerment, transparency, and conflict resolution on large-scale programs.
• Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders outside direct control.
• Strategic thinker who identifies cross-functional issues, communicates implications across processes and systems.
• Hands-on, able to coach teams to reach high performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex cross-divisional initiatives with product, design, engineering and operations teams.
• Identify, report, and escalate project risks to senior partners; supervise remediation of risks.
• Provide transparency on progress, timelines and budgets by running governance forums with GBM leadership.
• Identify and remove impediments at program level by leveraging stakeholders, sponsorship and relationships.
• Work with product owners to shape strategic vision, roadmap and refine the backlog while balancing priorities.
• Define QA and testing approaches, coach the team on testing best practices and migration strategies.
