The role emphasizes strategic vision, governance, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions. Strong PM leadership and finance industry experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years in PM/BA roles with finance industry experience.
• Strong PM skills incl. scoping, planning, risk/issue management, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior partners.
• Leadership across large programs and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Lead complex cross-divisional initiatives with product, design, engineering and operations teams.
• Identify, report, and escalate project risks to senior partners and oversee remediation.
• Provide transparency on progress, timelines and budgets via governance forums.
• Remove impediments at program level by leveraging stakeholders and sponsorship.
• Collaborate with product owners to shape strategic vision and roadmap.
• Define QA/testing approaches and coach the team on testing practices.
