Job summary

ComTec Information Systems (IT) is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and communications for IT initiatives. You will work with the Program Manager and business stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute change management tasks and ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Organizational Change Manager/Analyst in a major corporate environment.
• Experience doing OCM for Large IT projects.
• Experience developing stakeholder analysis, end-user communications, story boards, etc.
• Excellent creative writing skills and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate from C-suite to individual contributors.
• Ability to lead/facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Understands the people side of change and can coach individuals through organizational transitions.
• Strong analytical skills with action-oriented problem solving.
