Job summary

ComTec Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and within scope. You will coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders, preparing plans and change orders while tracking progress across geographies.

The role reports to the Director of Professional Services and requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• PMP or Prince certification preferred; proven project management experience.
• 5–10 years in managing complex projects across multiple phases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, schedules, budgets and scope.
• Coordinate resources and budgets for project delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams and executives.
• Prepare project plans, change orders and status reports.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Ensure documentation is updated and delivered on time.
