6+ years of change management, organizational effectiveness, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Change Enablement & Adoption: design and execute change strategies for ecosystem initiatives.
Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans to increase awareness and action.
Identify adoption risks and propose practical mitigations.
Monitor change readiness, sentiment, and adoption progress across programs.
Translate strategy into detailed actions, plans, and deliverables.
