Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a Manager, Commercial Change to partner with the Commercial organization during a large-scale integration. You will support ~40 workstreams, assess change impacts, identify stakeholders, and develop change plans to drive adoption of new operating models, tools, and structures.

Responsibilities include leading readiness planning, designing a comprehensive communications strategy, and supporting leadership with engagement materials and talking points.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, communications, or related fields.
• Experience with cross-functional change initiatives.
• Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning.
• Experience developing and delivering communications for associates and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Integration Change Management: partner for 40 integration workstreams to assess change impact and drive adoption of new processes, tools and structures.
• Change Impact Assessment & Readiness Planning: lead impact assessment across projects and maintain a consolidated readiness view.
• Commercial Communications Strategy & Execution: design and execute communications strategy for the Commercial organization through integration.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Support: prepare for stakeholder engagements and develop talking points and presentations.
• Associate Experience & Feedback Loops: design mechanisms to gather associate feedback and surface concerns.
