Job summary

Mars Incorporated seeks a Manager, Commercial Change to serve as the dedicated change management partner for the Commercial organization during a large-scale integration. You will support project leads across approximately 40 integration workstreams to assess change impacts and readiness, and to design and execute change plans that drive adoption of new ways of working, tools, and structures.

The role supports implementing a new matrixed operating model across two organizations and cultures,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, communications, or related fields.
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional change initiatives.
• Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning.
• Experience developing and delivering communications for associates and leadership teams.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Integration Change Management: serve as the dedicated change management partner for the Commercial team across ~40 integration workstreams to assess change impact and design and execute change plans.
• Change Impact Assessment & Readiness Planning: lead assessment of change impact and readiness needs across projects; maintain a consolidated change readiness view.
• Commercial Communications Strategy & Execution: design and execute overarching communications strategy for the Commercial organization during integration; maintain communications calendar.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Support: support CLT for stakeholder engagements; develop talking points, messaging frameworks, and presentation materials.
• Associate Experience & Feedback Loops: design mechanisms for gathering associate feedback and surface insights to ensure timely action.
