Job summary

U.S. Bank's Execution and Enablement team within Operations seeks a professional to drive strategic initiatives and improve efficiency. You will partner with senior leaders to manage end-to-end projects, including ideation, scoping, funding, delivery, and benefits realization.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design and implement initiatives, manage risks, and deliver clear reporting and governance to stakeholders across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in project management activities.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives through ideation, scoping, funding, execution and benefits delivery.
• Design, execute, and deliver on strategic initiatives within Operations.
• Provide governance, reporting and risk management for programs.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and business partners.
• Support financial management and executive communications for initiatives.
