Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking a Business Unit Change Management Partner to plan, assess, and monitor change initiatives across the division, coordinating with internal teams on people, processes, and technology impacts.

The role emphasizes designing change strategies, readiness assessments, communications, training, and executive support, with onsite work in the Hoover/Atlanta area and opportunities for growth within a large financial services organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field and three (3) years of experience in change management, product management, project management, or related field
• Or High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience in change management, product management, project management, or related field
• MBA or related field preferred, banking experience beneficial

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the design and recommendations of strategies for implementing and managing the people side of large-scale change
• Leads associates and teams across the business segment in developing plans for the people side of transformations and driving actionable solutions
• Assists with change impact assessments and readiness assessments aligning with technical leadership and subject-matter experts
• Creates and monitors deliverables for change partners and project/program leadership
• Develops approaches and strategies for communications, training, etc.
• Supports executive preparedness for internal meetings, speaking engagements, and external communications
• Utilizes data to measure effectiveness of change management efforts
• Assists in the creation of communications, visuals, and deliverables to articulate status and trajectory
• Fosters relationships with stakeholders across the division
