Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a senior strategy and program leader to formulate, develop, and drive critical initiatives for the Enterprise Control and Change Office. The role uses strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration to translate business strategy into actionable capabilities and implementation plans.

Based in one of several office locations, this position may manage a team and focuses on governance, reporting, and performance acceleration through data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent education and related training or experience to include 8+ years of experience in positions that carry increasing levels of responsibility, including experience in strategy or business consulting
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders and peer execution leads to develop solution and enablement strategies.
• Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional solution development and execution plans that enable the realization of desired outcomes.
• On an ongoing basis, identify opportunities and develop & maintain solutions, tools and reporting to accelerate performance against strategic goals and objectives (e.g., workflow automation, data capture interfaces, AI integration, etc.).
• Lead the development of, and present recommendations to address strategic business needs.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic rationale and measure results.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans to achieve strategic goals.
• Facilitate and drive project meetings with senior business leaders, business partners, and SMEs.
• Develop, guide, and mentor less tenured teammates.
