Job summary

Indiana University Health System is seeking a Change Management professional to drive organizational transformation through effective change planning, stakeholder engagement, and training. You will partner with project teams, HR, and communications to implement CM plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure adoption across complex healthcare initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business, psychology, IT, or related field required.
• Certification in Change management (Prosci or APMG) desirable.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) desirable.
• 3+ years in enterprise/system change management or 5+ years in project management.
• Experience implementing OCM in healthcare and highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience with OCM and PM methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, PMP, Critical Path) and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in change management tools and data analysis software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning, implementation, and monitoring skills in CM/PM.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports Change Management Manager, project managers, and workstream leads during organizational transformations.
• Implements and monitors change management plans and transfers ownership to business owners.
• Equips stakeholders with skills and support to transition through change and foster adoption.
• Publishes guidance and training rooted in CM best practices.
• Leads workshops and communicates change strategies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Designs and implements change plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with transformation goals.
• Maintains documentation of change processes and outcomes for accountability.
• Develops tools, templates, and processes to streamline CM activities.
• Uses CM software (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to track progress and measure outcomes.
• Identifies resistance areas and develops contingency plans.
• Collaborates with HR, training, and communications for cohesive CM approach.
• Delivers change-related training programs for stakeholders.
• Keeps up-to-date with CM trends and continuously improves capabilities.
