Job summary

Chevron is seeking a Lead, Change Management – ITOF to influence and facilitate changes to programs and organizational changes within the IT Function. You will lead large-scale projects with enterprise impact, applying change management processes and communications that drive adoption and minimize resistance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10 years of experience, and strong Agile experience, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, change management, marketing or similar field.
• Minimum 10 years related experience.
• Experience in Agile Methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of communications and change management professionals to implement communication and behavioral change strategies that maximize workforce adoption, minimize resistance, support business goals, and increase the effectiveness of the IT Function across the enterprise.
• Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of the organization, work through others to succeed, and support project teams by developing and integrating change management activities into their project/product plans. Acts as a subject matter expert to ensure alignment of IT foundation goals and objectives with business needs.
