Job summary

Chevron is seeking an Integration & Divestment Operations Technology Program Manager to lead end-to-end IT operations technology for integrations and divestitures. You will drive Day-1 readiness, TSA execution, and post-close separation strategies while coordinating with IT leadership, business units, and vendor teams.

The role requires strong business acumen, communication, and the ability to manage complex programs across multiple workstreams with a focus on governance, risk, and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in IT project management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT project outcomes safely, compliantly, and on schedule.
• Enable Day-1 readiness and post-close continuity.
• Govern OT workstreams with clear governance and risk management.
• Collaborate with M&A, Integration Office and vendors to align with deal timelines.
• Develop OT roadmap, milestones, and manage cross-program dependencies.
