Duke Energy Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Change Management Leader to drive change strategy and delivery for a portfolio of complex initiatives across Customer Experience, Solutions and Services. You will advise senior leaders, shape decisions, and build alignment using agile, data‑driven approaches.

This role emphasizes adoption, readiness, and value realization across the organization, with responsibilities spanning sponsorship, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; four (4) years related work experience.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of related work experience, a high school diploma/GED and eight (8) years of related work experience.
• Experience leading change for large‑scale, complex initiatives across people, process, technology, readiness and ways of working, including AI, digital or technology‑enabled change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated change strategies for a portfolio of complex, high‑priority Customer, Operational Excellence, Technology and Employee initiatives, with accountability for outcomes and adoption.
• Advise leaders in defining outcomes, readiness, and impacts, and integrate change priorities into initiative plans.
• Translate change strategies into actionable plans, roadmaps, communications, learning solutions and reinforcement approaches.
• Use an agile, test‑and‑learn approach to adapt strategies based on stakeholder feedback, adoption data and changing needs.
• Shape and lead sponsorship and stakeholder engagement to build alignment and commitment across the organization.
