Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Relations or related field.
• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience with internal communication tools (SharePoint, Yammer, Slack, email platforms).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams, People function, and leadership to integrate change management activities.
• Support stakeholder engagement efforts, including communication, training, and support strategies.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust plans as needed.
• Coach and support senior leaders and managers as change sponsors.
• Help build and maintain a change agent network to support local adoption and feedback loops.
