Duke Energy is seeking a Lead Portfolio Management Specialist to serve as the Portfolio Manager for assigned areas, coordinating and assuring quality across the Midwest Power Grid Operations capital investment planning process, with emphasis on ECO cycle and rolling five-year capital plan.

The role involves collaboration with Program Owners, Business Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure roadmaps, budgets, and schedules align with strategic objectives and enterprise goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years related work experience OR
• HS/GED and 12+ years related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• PMI (PMP) / CMII / AACE / Utility Technical Certifications / Contractors License.
• Utility Experience; Portfolio & Program Management knowledge; Strong Expertise in Strategic Portfolio Planning & Delivery

Aufgaben

• Consult frequently with Program Owner to align roadmaps, plans and budgets with program objectives.
• Develop strategic program roadmaps with Business Owners and consolidate planning across the organization.
• Monitor and maintain the Strategic Program Roadmap of potential solutions.
• Align the Strategic Program Roadmap with the enterprise and business unit plans; act as integration point.
• Annually assess the Strategic Program Management Plans for objectives, scope, benefits, milestones, and costs/risks.
