Job summary

Rush University Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented Change Manager to lead and support organization-wide transformation initiatives. This role designs, executes, and measures end-to-end change management strategies for complex projects and enterprise portfolios to ensure successful implementation and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 5 years of experience providing change management solutions in support of large-scale projects.
• Strong consulting, influencing, execution, analytical and communication skills.
• Expertise in change management areas such as communications, training and support, leadership engagement or change network management.
• Interpersonal skills that encourage behavior change and end user adoption.
• Proficient in MS Office and Project Management software (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of comprehensive organization change management strategies and plans for key initiatives.
• Consults and influences leaders at all levels.
• Manages change and enablement tasks from start to finish.
• Maintains robust change management plan documents and deliverables.
• Coordinates change management and communications activities including impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Facilitates meetings to align and create action plans.
• Develops effective communication and end-user adoption using data visualization and storytelling.
• Identifies issues and risks and develops mitigation plans.
• Creates change management assets (PowerPoint, memos, Excel workbooks, leader toolkits).
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
