Job summary

UKG is seeking an experienced change management professional to shape how change comes to life across strategic technology and business transformation initiatives. You will lead change planning, enablement design, and training execution across complex programs in CST or EST time zones.

Responsibilities include developing materials, coordinating training sessions, and measuring adoption while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–8 years of change management, enablement, training, organizational development, or technology implementation support.
• Experience supporting technology or process transformation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing training materials and enablement resources.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Change Planning & Readiness: support change planning activities for technology and process transformations; assess change impacts on employee groups; develop change and enablement plans; assist in risk identification and mitigation; track readiness indicators.
• Enablement Strategy & Execution: design training materials, user guides, toolkits, FAQs, SharePoint sites, and self-service resources; translate updates into actionable content; coordinate and deliver training sessions; tailor role-based enablement approaches; support change champion networks; gather feedback and refine materials; monitor adoption metrics.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Support: understand audience needs and adoption challenges; draft targeted communications; align messaging with program goals; provide leaders with talking points.
• Adoption & Continuous Improvement: track adoption and effectiveness metrics; conduct post-launch reviews; recommend improvements; develop repeatable templates and best practices.
