Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Communications, Change Management Lead to develop and execute strategic communications that help employees understand and adopt important changes across the organization.

You will partner with business leaders, Communications, People Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and deliver communications for transformations, operating model changes, technology implementations, and process changes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, change communications, organizational change management, employee communications, or a related field.
• Experience developing communications for complex organizational, business, technology, or transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• Experience developing communications for employees, people leaders, executives, and impacted stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex communication projects from planning through execution.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts, anticipate concerns, and influence others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate communication challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead change communications strategies for complex initiatives.
• Develop messaging for multiple audiences and channels (executive to employee).
• Advise leaders on communication strategy, timing, and stakeholder needs.
• Partner with People/HR, Transformation, Technology, and business teams.
• Assess audiences, risks, and opportunities to optimize messaging.
• Measure communication effectiveness and apply learnings to future efforts.
