Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, change communications, or related field.
• Experience developing communications for complex organizational, technology, or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• Experience developing communications for employees, leaders, executives, and other stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex communication projects from planning through execution.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills to influence others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate communication challenges.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead change communication workstreams for multiple complex initiatives.
• Develop change communication strategies, roadmaps, and editorial plans.
• Create messaging for executives, leaders, and employees across channels.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver communications.
• Measure communication effectiveness using engagement and adoption data.
• Contribute to tools, templates, and best practices for change communications.
