Job summary

UKG is seeking an experienced change management professional to help shape how change comes to life across complex technology and business transformation initiatives. You’ll lead change planning across multiple programs, build cross-functional partnerships, and create clarity and momentum in an evolving environment.

We’re looking for someone who brings a strong change management foundation, thrives in ambiguity, and is energized by turning strategy into action and sustainable adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, HR, IT, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in change management, enablement, training, organizational development, or technology implementation support.
• Experience supporting technology or process transformation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing training materials and enablement resources.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Change Planning & Readiness: support change planning activities for technology and process transformations.
• Enablement Strategy & Execution: design and develop training materials, user guides, toolkits, FAQs, and self-help resources; coordinate sessions.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Support: draft and support targeted communications; provide leaders with talking points and materials.
• Adoption & Continuous Improvement: track adoption metrics; conduct post-launch reviews; refine enablement materials; develop templates and best practices.
