Qualifications

• Master's degree in health care, business administration, Public Health, or a quality related health care field.
• 2-4 progressively responsible roles leading health equity, population health management, quality improvement initiatives, and/or public health efforts.
• In-depth knowledge of public health, social determinants of health and systemic barriers that contribute to health inequities and experience embedding health equity into policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation of health equity priorities, data standards, disparity analysis, interventions, and outcomes measurement.
• Supports development and implementation of BILH’s health equity strategy and ensures integration across policies, programs, and services.
• Collaborates in cross-functional teams to identify policies and programs to advance health equity.
• Designs, leads, and manages projects requiring broad organizational support with risk management and milestone tracking.
