Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR guidance across assigned leaders and employees. This role partners with COEs to drive workforce planning, performance, talent acquisition, and change management while advancing business results.

You will diagnose issues, provide coaching, support restructurings, and advocate for leaders and staff, ensuring engagement and high performance in a complex health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field required.
• 5-8 years’ related work experience as HR generalist across multiple disciplines.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and experience conducting investigations.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to ensure strategic HR plans drive business results and align with values.
• Provides guidance on people management practices and staff development.
• Coaches leaders on change management and restructurings.
• Advocates for leaders and employees and partners with COEs to meet business needs.
