Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, Change Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, organization development, change management, transformation, or related consulting work.
• Experience managing complex initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage organizational-effectiveness and change initiatives aligned with BILH priorities, culture, workforce needs, and WE CARE values.
• Partner with leaders, managers, and HR colleagues to understand organizational, cultural, team, and change needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Develop change plans for transformations, integrations, operating-model changes, technology implementations, culture initiatives, and other priorities.
• Assess stakeholder impact, readiness, capacity, dependencies, and risk; identify actions that support effective implementation and adoption.
• Conduct organizational diagnostics using data, interviews, focus groups, observation, and stakeholder analysis.
• Support organization design and operating-model work, including roles, governance, accountabilities, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Design and facilitate team-effectiveness, leadership-alignment, culture, and organizational-health sessions.
• Engage stakeholders and establish feedback channels that surface concerns and inform decisions.
• Prepare leaders and managers to lead change with talking points, guides, toolkits, and reinforcement plans.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and status updates for initiatives.
• Track readiness, adoption, behavior change, and sustainability measures; use results to improve approaches.
• Contribute to change methods, templates, playbooks, and communities of practice.
• Coordinate consultants, vendors, and project resources and transfer knowledge to BILH teams.
