• Strong ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Proven track record in defining and executing end-to-end OCM strategies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Experience mentoring Engagement Managers and consultants.

Responsabilités

• Lead organizational readiness, stakeholder assessments, and change impact analyses.
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide OCM strategies aligned with transformation roadmaps.
• Engage CXOs and executives to drive leadership alignment and sponsorship.
• Design and implement communication plans and change advocacy initiatives.
• Oversee learning, training, and user adoption programs.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor readiness, adoption, and value realization.
• Guide sustainment strategies post go-live and drive ongoing improvement.
• Support business development, pre-sales activities, and thought leadership.
