Citizens is seeking a Distribution Transformation Change Management Lead to drive enterprise-scale adoption of future-state distribution models and operating cadences. You will partner with executives and field leaders to translate strategy into executable change, design adoption roadmaps, and sustain cultural shifts across a multi-location retail network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation and change management.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide adoption.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience establishing change measurement frameworks linking adoption to performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise change strategy for high-impact distribution initiatives, ensuring alignment between objectives and field execution.
• Identify adoption risks, dependencies, and cultural barriers with sponsors to enable successful transformation.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent and Business leaders on impacts, role evolution and capability requirements.
• Translate future-state strategies into adoption roadmaps spanning structure, roles and capabilities.
• Design scalable approaches that drive adoption and sustainment across a geographically dispersed retail organization.
• Embed new ways of working into daily operations, leadership routines, and performance expectations.
• Partner with distribution leadership to build sponsorship, accountability, and ownership of outcomes.
• Establish leadership activation strategies to model desired behaviours and reinforce objectives.
• Lead test-and-learn methodologies to accelerate adoption and reduce risk.
• Define a comprehensive change measurement framework and report progress to executives.
• Develop sustainment strategies to reinforce behavioural shifts beyond programs.
