Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs high-priority, complex portfolios of projects for business initiatives.
• Communicates status updates and delivery expectations to teams and stakeholders.
• Manages projects according to the methodology, timeline, and budget of the organization.
• Owns quality assurance and oversight of resources assigned to project objectives.
• Ensures that projects are delivered within committed scope and budget.
• Work with business groups to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand any project challenges.
