Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc is seeking a strategic leader to work with executives across a 2,000+ person organization. The role focuses on organizational effectiveness, collaboration, and execution while aligning enterprise culture, engagement, and talent strategies with business goals.

You will partner with COO leaders to implement IDEA strategies, drive cross-divisional initiatives, and support budget planning with Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Twelve (12) or more cumulative years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of six (6) years in business strategy, organizational strategy, and planning.
• Demonstrated skills and ability to lead change through influence.
• Experience in financial and non-financial measurement of business goals and data analysis.
• Excellent written and presentation communication, adaptable to audience and message.

Aufgaben

• Supports execution of divisional priorities and initiatives with OPEX, AD&T, and SSP; provide insights on leadership and development.
• Supports strategy and goal setting through communication to drive alignment and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Shares best practices for communicating business goals with partners across divisions.
• Assists in communication with leaders and employees in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
• Coaches staff and leaders on climate, well‑being, project updates, and planning; offers consultative support.
