Job summary

This role also serves as a support partner to all leaders within the COO Executive Team, ensuring alignment with enterprise culture, engagement, and talent strategies while upholding the company’s mission and privacy

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business strategy or organizational planning.
• Proven ability to lead change through influence.
• Experience with measuring business goals and data analysis.
• Strong written and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of divisional priorities and initiatives with insights on leadership and employee development.
• Communicate goals across divisions to drive alignment and effectiveness.
• Share best practices for communicating business goals with partners.
• Assist leaders and staff in decision-making, program management, and implementation.
• Serve as liaison to staff and leaders on team climate and engagement.
• Coordinate interdivisional activities and lead change management efforts.
• Partner with Finance to ensure budget alignment and planning needs.
• Advise on IDEA strategies to promote equitable and diverse workforce.
• Provide leadership with recommendations to improve engagement and cross-divisional coordination.
• Identify systemic problems and opportunities in business processes.
