Qualifications

• Twelve or more years of experience in business and organizational strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 6+ years of demonstrated experience in business strategy, organizational strategy, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution of divisional Priorities and Initiatives with OPEX, AD&T, and SSP; provides insights on leadership and employee development.
• Supports strategy and goal setting through communication and collaboration to drive alignment and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Shares best practices for communicating business goals with partners across divisions.
• Assists in communicating with leaders and employees in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
• Serves as liaison and advisor to staff and leaders regarding team climate, employee well-being, and project updates.
• Provides coordination and support for interdivisional activities and leads change management efforts when needed.
