Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of divisional priorities with OPEX, AD&T, and SSP, providing insights on leadership and development.
• Supports strategy and goal setting to drive alignment and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Shares best practices for communicating business goals across divisions.
• Assists leaders and staff in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
• Serves as liaison to staff and leaders regarding climate, well-being, and planning.
• Coordinates interdivisional activities; supports change management efforts.
• Partners with Finance for budgetary alignment and future planning.
• Develops IDEA strategies to foster an equitable, diverse workforce.
