Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution of divisional priorities and initiatives with OPEX, AD&T, and SSP; provides insights on leadership development and culture.
• Supports strategy and goal setting through communication and collaboration to drive alignment and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Shares best practices for communicating business goals with partners across divisions.
• Assists in communicating with leaders and employees in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
