Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. seeks an experienced strategy and operations leader to collaborate with executives and drive organizational effectiveness across a 2,000+ person organization.

You will support change management, cross‑functional alignment, and employee engagement initiatives in partnership with Human Resources and Finance. The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, communication excellence, and the development of IDEA strategies aligned with divisional goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead change through influence.
• Experience in measuring business goals with data analysis.
• Strong written and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to relate to diverse work styles and manage conflicts.
• Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of divisional priorities and initiatives with OPEX, AD&T, and SSP.
• Supports strategy and goal setting through communication to drive alignment.
• Shares best practices for communicating business goals across divisions.
• Assists leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
• Acts as liaison to staff and leaders on climate, engagement, and planning.
• Coordinates and supports interdivisional activities; leads change management when needed.
• Partner with Finance for budget alignment and planning.
• Fosters an inclusive workforce and supports IDEA strategy development.
• Provides recommendations to improve team engagement and cross-divisional coordination.
• Identifies and helps solve systemic problems within business processes.
