Job summary

Zynex-Medical, Inc. is seeking a Change Management & Operational Readiness lead to drive adoption of new processes and systems in Customer Operations. You will assess impacts, plan readiness, develop training, and partner with leaders to ensure a smooth rollout.

In this role you will design role-based learning, facilitate sessions, and measure adoption to sustain improvements after launch. Experience in healthcare operations and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in healthcare operations/change management or related field.
Ability to translate complex processes into clear learning materials and guidance.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead change management and readiness planning with project leaders and operational teams.
Facilitate readiness reviews, training events, and stakeholder discussions.
Develop clear change communications and stakeholder engagement plans.
Design role-based learning materials, job aids, and knowledge checks.
Coordinate post-launch sustainment actions and reinforcement activities.
Coach leaders and SMEs to anchor changes and reinforce adoption.
