Job summary

Acosta, Inc. seeks a Director of Change Enablement to lead a function that equips employees to navigate transformations and ensures a seamless client experience. The role drives enterprise change strategy and develops standards, governance, and adoption analytics across programs.

The leader will manage a team of Change Enablement Leads, collaborate with senior leaders, and influence cross-functional partners to realize business value and transformation objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience leading or supporting business transformation programs.
• Experience with large-scale organizational employee engagement and change efforts.
• Experience designing and executing enterprise-wide communications strategies.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and practical experience applying within large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise change enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with priorities and goals.
• Establish and refine enterprise-wide standards, adoption metrics and governance practices.
• Oversee readiness and adoption, delivering executive-level insights on trends and risks.
• Lead enterprise transformation communications strategy with Corporate Communications.
• Partner with program leaders to drive adoption, engagement and business value.
• Develop organizational change capability through leadership training and practices.
• Build a high-performing team with clear goals and accountability.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leaders on impacts and resource planning.
• Demonstrate value of Change Enablement through adoption outcomes and ROI.
