Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced program manager to lead Global Capabilities Center programs. You will oversee financial planning, multi-year forecasting, and governance across cross-functional teams including Finance, Sourcing, HR, and Technology.

You will develop business cases, manage investment workflows, and deliver executive-level dashboards and reviews for senior leadership. Strong Excel/Power BI skills and 10+ years in technical PM are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business or related field; equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technical project or program management.
Deep knowledge of enterprise project management methodologies, governance, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead complex GCC programs involving financial planning, workforce investments, transition execution, vendor management, and benefits realization.
Develop business cases, investment proposals, funding requests, and executive recommendations for strategic initiatives.
Manage programs through enterprise investment-ask workflows, including intake, analysis, prioritization, approvals, execution, and post-investment tracking.
Develop multi-year forecasts covering headcount, operating expenses, transition costs, vendor spend, savings, and expected benefits.
Perform ROI, cost-benefit, scenario, sensitivity, and variance analyses to support investment decisions.
Track performance against approved business cases, budgets, delivery milestones, savings targets, and outcomes.
Develop executive dashboards, business reviews, forecasts, and decision materials for senior leadership.
