Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Change Delivery Project Analyst to drive end-to-end delivery of moderately complex initiatives through business analysis, PM and governance alignment. You'll partner with project teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and produce required artifacts while maintaining strict governance standards.

The role requires in-office presence five days a week in eligible U.S. locations and a strong background in project management within financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent education.
• 5 years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of project management/analysis frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning activities for moderately complex large projects or programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define scope, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Identify changes to scope or timeline and manage project lifecycle.
• Structure milestones, align teams, and manage schedules to meet objectives.
• Produce and track project documentation including business cases and risk registers.
• Provide status reporting to leadership and ensure governance compliance.
• Serve as a resource and partner with stakeholders across the portfolio.
